Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the product, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange. This is a medical IVD antigen test, and the product itself has a shelf life.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, unopened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will not refund the full amount and must deduct the shipping costs of the goods to and from the customer, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Support Categories

Only wholesale items can be refunded. Retail personal items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us to let us know.
