IVD

The DVOT Antigen Test Kit is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay designed to detect nucleocapsid antigens of SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza A/B in human nasal swab samples. It provides a quick and reliable way to identify respiratory infections within the early days of symptom onset—up to 7 days for COVID-19 and 4 days for Influenza A/B.

This antigen test kit is designed to aid in the differential diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza infections, supporting informed clinical evaluation in conjunction with epidemiological risk factors. No special training is required, making it suitable for home use by laypersons in non-laboratory settings.
Results are easy to read and available within minutes, offering convenience for personal health monitoring. However, outcomes should be considered clinical references only, and further medical evaluation is recommended for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Key Features of DVOT Antigen Test Kit
- Dual detection in one test: Identify multiple respiratory viruses with a single swab.
- Clear results at a glance: Instantly recognize positive findings without confusion.
- Reliable and accurate: Trusted performance for COVID-19, detecting variants such as Alpha, Delta, Omicron (BA.4, BA.5, CH.1.1, EG.5, JN.1, XDV.1).
- Comprehensive influenza coverage: Effectively detects major strains including Influenza A (H1N1, H3N2, H1N1pdm09) and Influenza B (Yamagata, Victoria).
- User-friendly and cost-efficient: Designed for easy operation at home with professional-level accuracy.
How to use the DVOT COVID diagnosis test kit?

- When collecting samples, first wipe off the nasal mucus with toilet paper, carefully unpack the outer packaging of the nasal swab, and avoid touching the swab head with your hands. Then tilt your head slightly, hold the tail of the swab in one hand and stick it to one nostril, and then go back along the bottom of the inferior nasal passage, slowly penetrate 1-1.5CM, and then use the same swab to repeat the same operation on the other nasal cavity. Immerse the swab head in the sampling container containing the preservation solution that comes with the test swab strip.
- Insert the sampled swab into the sample extraction tube, soak the swab below the liquid level of the sample extract for at least 30 seconds, and squeeze the swab head at least 5 times through the outer wall of the sampling tube with your hand.
- Break the swab and soak the swab head in the sample extract.
- Unscrew the small white cap of the tube. Add 4 drops of sample to the sample hole of the test card and screw the small white cap back.
- After adding the sample to the sample hole, start the timer and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes. Observe the results after 15 minutes. The results observed after more than 30 minutes are invalid.
- Check the results. A single C bar indicates a negative result. A double C bar indicates a positive result. Other results are invalid.
