What is an antigen kit?
Antigen test kits include many categories, such as rapid antigen self test kit for SARS-CoV-2, HIV, covid 19 , influenza flu, Helicobacter pylori, cholera, malaria, monkeypox, etc. Antigen test kits are fast, accurate, and convenient.
What is antigen?
Antigens are substances that can stimulate the body’s immune response. When bacteria or various pathogens in the body are stimulated by antigens, antibodies are produced. The sample to be tested is placed on the test paper with antigens. Once the sample contains viruses, antibodies will be produced in response to antigens, and antibodies will react with red lines on the test paper. Therefore, antigens and antibodies exist as a pair.
How do you use the antigen test kit?
The procedures for using antigen test kits are generally the same.
Step 1: Collect samples, such as blood, saliva, urine, feces, etc.
Step 2: Dilute the sample with diluent.
Step 3: Pour it onto the test paper.
Wait for the red line on the test paper to appear.
Can an antigen test be done at-home?
Antigen test kits on the market are used for at-home testing. Antigen test kits require antigens to stimulate the body’s response to the virus and produce antibodies. Antibodies cause red lines in the T area on the test paper. Therefore, their antigen tests are high-speed, about ten minutes.
